Whether something isn't working, you have a question about your account, or you're just not sure how a feature works, we're happy to help. Email us at support@getriley.ai and someone from our team will get back to you as soon as we can.

Quick answers

Questions about your privacy. Email privacy@getriley.ai and we'll help you see, correct or delete your information.

Deleting your account. You can do it yourself in the Riley app: go to Settings, then Privacy & account, then Delete account. If you'd rather do it another way, our account deletion page walks you through it.

Getting texts from Riley. Reply STOP to any message and we'll stop texting you from that number. Reply HELP if you need a hand.

Riley contacted you about a property. Riley works on behalf of real estate agents, so the agent who reached out is the best person to talk to. If you'd like us to remove your information, you can also email privacy@getriley.ai.
